1. How do I place an order?
You can find the book you need by searching or browsing our catalog. Add the book to your cart, then proceed to checkout. On that page, you can review your order, choose a convenient payment method, and provide your delivery details. After order confirmation, you will receive an email notification. Once the order is paid, we will begin processing it and hand it over for delivery.
2. I don't know what to choose. What should I do?
If you have trouble deciding, take a look at our collections: "Bestsellers," "New Arrivals," "Recommended." We regularly post book collections, offer reading tips, and share news about the latest releases on our social media. Follow us so you don't miss interesting recommendations!
3. I couldn't find the book I need. How can I order it?
If the book is not in stock, you can submit a request to search for it here. We will check if it can be ordered and contact you within 5 business days. If the conditions suit you, we will process the order; if not, you can simply cancel the request.
4. My order has been paid. When will I receive it?
If the order is received before 1:00 PM Lithuanian time, it is handed over to the courier on the same day. If received after 1:00 PM, shipping will occur on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday and handed over to the courier. During periods of high demand (for example, in December), this period may be extended. After the order is handed over to the delivery service, delivery times depend on the region:
- Lithuania — 1-2 business days
- Latvia, Estonia — 3-5 business days
- Other EU countries — 6-12 business days
5. The product has a defect. What should I do?
If the book has a printing defect or is damaged during delivery, we will replace it or refund your money. Defects include:
- missing or mixed-up pages;
- blank (unsealed) sheets;
- an inverted or “foreign” block;
- glued pages that hinder reading.
If a replacement is not available, we will process a refund within 3 business days after receiving your returned package.
6. Can I return the product?
Yes, returns are possible within 14 days from the receipt of the order. Please note that we cannot accept a return if the product has been used, damaged, or does not retain its original condition. Detailed information can be found in the return policy section.
7. Can I pay for the product in a foreign currency?
Payment is accepted only in euros.
8. Why do book prices change?
Book prices may vary due to currency fluctuations, promotional offers, or changes in suppliers' price lists. The current price is always displayed on the product page.
