TERMS OF PURCHASE AT MasterKniga ONLINE STORE

These Terms are a legally binding document governing the relationship between the MasterKniga online store (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and an individual or legal entity making a purchase (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) on www.masterkniga.com.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Seller sells only at retail.

1.2. By making a purchase, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms without prior notice. The new version takes effect once published on the website.

2. Placing an Order

2.1. The order is considered confirmed once the "Place Order" button is clicked and the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

2.2. The Buyer must provide accurate information necessary for processing and delivery.

2.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order if the provided information is incorrect or raises suspicion of violating retail trade rules.

3. Limitations and Refusal of Service

3.1. The Seller reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased under one title.

3.2. Current limit: no more than 2 copies of the same title per Buyer (individual or legal entity).

3.3. The Seller may cancel orders placed by legal entities if they are of a wholesale nature.

3.4. In case of repeated attempts to circumvent restrictions (e.g., multiple orders with different data), the Seller may suspend service to such Buyer without prior notice.

4. Delivery and Payment

4.1. Delivery terms and payment methods are specified on the relevant pages of the website.

4.2. If the Buyer cancels an already paid order, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.

5. Liability

5.1. The Seller is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, incorrect Buyer information, etc.).

5.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiation; if not possible, they shall be settled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. Pre-Order Items

6.1. Some items in the online store may be marked as “pre-order”. This means they are temporarily out of stock and will be delivered separately from the supplier.

6.2. The estimated arrival time for such items is between 2 and 8 weeks. The specific time depends on the supplier and is indicated on the product page.

6.3. An order containing pre-order items will be shipped only after all products are in stock. If the Customer wants to receive available items sooner, they must be ordered separately.

6.4. If the Seller receives information that a pre-order item is no longer available from the supplier (e.g., the book is discontinued, sold out, or indefinitely delayed), the Seller is obligated to notify the Customer and refund the unavailable item within 5 business days.

6.5. If an order contains items with different delivery times, the estimated shipping date is based on the latest date.

6.6. The fulfillment period for a pre-order begins once the item’s availability is confirmed by the supplier. This typically takes 1–2 business days.
