RETURN POLICY

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. Only items in their original condition are eligible for return: unused, in original packaging, and undamaged. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is damaged, used, shows signs of wear (bent corners, scratches, creases), or is improperly packaged.

If you received a defective item (missing or misprinted pages, printing errors, stuck pages), please contact us within 3 days at info@masterkniga.com. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

How to return an item:

  1. Download, print, and fill out the return form. The form is available in Russian and Lithuanian — choose one language and fill out only one version.
  2. Pack the book securely to prevent damage during transit (rigid and sealed packaging, protection for corners and cover).
  3. Include the form in the package and send the return by mail or courier to the following address:

  5. After receiving and inspecting the return, the refund will be issued within 7 business days.
