These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the Master Kniga online store, operated by Master Kniga, located in Lithuania and primarily specializing in the sale of books throughout the European Union.

By using our website and placing orders, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Placing Orders

You can place orders on our website 24/7. Orders received before 13:00 (Lithuanian time) are generally processed on the same day, while orders received after 13:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once payment is confirmed, the order will be prepared and dispatched.

Prices and Payment

All prices on our website are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT). Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, promotional offers, or supplier price adjustments. The final amount is always displayed in the shopping cart.

Available payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Paysera and other supported electronic payment methods
  • Bank transfers

Payment is accepted only in Euros (€).

Delivery

We deliver throughout the European Union using courier services and postal operators. Standard delivery times:

  • Lithuania: 1–2 business days
  • Latvia, Estonia: 3–5 business days
  • Other EU countries: 6–12 business days

During peak seasons (for example, December), delivery times may increase.

Returns and Refunds

In accordance with Lithuanian law and EU consumer protection regulations, items purchased online may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Returning Goods in Proper Condition

Books and other products must be returned in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Returning Defective Goods

If you have received a book with a defect or damage, please contact us immediately by email at info@masterkniga.lt or by phone at +370 603 99211 (weekdays, 9:00–17:00 Lithuanian time).

Defects include:

  • Missing or improperly printed pages
  • Blank pages
  • Incorrect or inverted content
  • Pages stuck together, preventing reading

We can:

  • Replace the defective item at our expense, or
  • Provide a full refund.

Returns of defective goods are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received.

Intellectual Property

All materials on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Master Kniga or its suppliers and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

Data Protection and Privacy
